What is your favorite menu item at BBQ By Mike and why?

I have to go with the sliced slow-smoked brisket. Done Texas style and it's always nice and juicy and full of flavor. Next would be the Dino beef rib which is the best cut of meat. Give everything a try though and decide for yourself. Everything is delicious!
